Sales Development Representative

We are looking for an experienced and driven sales development representative to achieve revenue goals by selling our industry-leading SaaS platform for creator management to innovative brands.

As a vital contributor to Influencer Hero’s success, you will lead virtual sales presentations, conduct live product demonstrations, negotiate and close deals, and maintain accountability to a consistent sales process. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels. Previous experience in a sales position with a quota requirement is a must. Your success will depend on your intense drive to achieve goals and work collaboratively with your team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Educating potential customers about Influencer Hero’s value proposition to generate sales-ready opportunities for your pipeline
- Leveraging our established sales process to qualify and close deals
- Identifying and addressing customer goals and pain points, and positioning Influencer Hero as the best solution on the market
- Serving as a subject matter expert on influencer marketing to maintain your status as a trusted resource for prospects and customers
- Proactively utilizing internal resources to assist in closing deals

‍What we are looking for:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in a closing and quota-carrying role
- A consultative sales approach with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience with marketing decks and other assets is a plus.
- Ability to distill complex information into simple language for the appropriate audience
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A proven track record of success
