We are seeking an Implementation Manager for Influencer Hero, who will be accountable for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring their success and high adoption rate.
The perfect candidate should possess project management skills, a passion for teaching, technical expertise, and experience working with SaaS tools. Outstanding interpersonal skills, a strong affinity for people, and an interest in influencer marketing are essential qualities that will set candidates apart. Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of implementation success from project kickoff to go-live by utilizing strong project management skills
- Identify implementation challenges and provide practical recommendations to maximize customer value
- Offer social insights and recommendations to support clients’ business practices
- Configure the Influencer Hero solution to meet client requirements and ensure platform meet expectations
- Identify and address pain points and gaps in best practices for clients
- Ensure that all client users are adequately trained and educated in a timely manner
- Establish a relationship of trust with every client
- Assist internal teams to support business growth, platform enhancements, and process improvements
- Utilize independent judgment to implement Influencer Hero and meet customer needs
Requirements:
- One or more years of experience in enterprise software, digital, or social account management or implementation
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients
- Demonstrated experience and passion for the social media technology universe
- Enthusiastic and professional, with a focus on customer success
- Excellent listening skills to fully understand client requirements and pain points
- Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and organizational experience
- Process-driven with a strong desire to create, implement, and iterate on processes
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and web development processes
- Capable of breaking down complex ideas into digestible information to train clients
- Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines and juggling several assignments simultaneously
- Approach work with creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
